Delmonico Restaurant in New Orleans, LA is currently looking for career-minded line cooks who share in our passion for great food and service!
The style of cuisine at Emeril's restaurants is 'new' New Orleans cuisine, a phrase coined by Chef Emeril Lagasse upon the opening of his first restaurant in 1990. 'New' New Orleans cuisine has a foundation in Creole cooking with additional influences from the Southwestern, Portuguese, and Asian cultures. The philosophy of using only the freshest ingredients is seen in every aspect of the kitchen. All of the ingredients are fresh, and the combination of flavors is carefully thought out and executed on a daily basis. The food is the source of our passion.

Requirements: Preferred minimum 2 years of similar experience in high volume, high-end kitchens or the equivalent, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
