There are plenty of advantages to working for Houston's. From a competitive benefits package, to performance based training, to the excitement that comes from working in a high-volume, operationally fine-tuned arena, we have it covered. First year compensation is between $45-$65K, and our top performing General Managers can earn up to $225,000. Relocation flexibility is a contingency of employment. Training and first management assignments will be in California.
