Position Description:
Challenging opportunity for the experienced pastry chef. Supervise, develop menus and participate in food production for two 2 star NYC restaurants. Each restaurant has its own pastry production kitchen and crew in place. Nice Matin and Marseille are casual-fine dining restaurants specializing in French Mediterranean cuisine.
